FOR SALE BY OWNER?  With a signed “One Time Showing Agreement” between you and my broker, I’ll be happy to show your home to potential buyers.  This Agreement gives me permission to show your home one time and, if the showing results in an acceptable offer, our agency’s 3% commission paid by you will include the following services:

  • Preparation of Purchase Agreement.
  • Confirmation of buyer’s ability to perform.
  • Scheduling and orchestrating closing.
